RAINBOW - Sample + Reviews

In the first seventeen pages of this 8 x10 book, all the delightful animals get off the ark.  Each rhyming couplet is repeated in English and Spanish. 

Learning the names of the cute animals in both languages is a fun challenge for children. 

"Noah's ark swam the flood

 Then it landed in mud.

When his family came out,

they all gave a glad shout!

Then they got off the boat

with the gecko and goat."

How can we subtly and positively differentiate between the real rainbow--God's rainbow--and the linear color lines of those with a godless agenda?   

By emphasizing the curved shape of God's rainbow, children can internalize the difference.

"God painted his bow

so the colors would flow

In an arch from the ground

going up and around. 

God gave us this sign

in a special curved line..."

Not only is the rainbow a sign of 

God's promise never again to destroy 

the whole earth by flood, but it 

teaches us God's love and 

what we should honor.

"Color curves in the sky 

are God's sign and that's why

the rainbow reminds us 

that Holy God loves us.

So we honor God's plan

for a woman and man..."
